The item the vendor sends out is a cheap black top hat that you could have picked up at a dollar store. You will not get the item they are advertising.
The hat looks nice but the problem is that the Leprechaun hat is just to big It should be made by size not just one size, and I also think that it is sets way to high or I should say to tall as well!
